The Order of the Arrow (OA) Rep is responsible for promoting OA within our Troop. To do that, he must:
- Attend OA meetings, events, and service activities
- Actively communicate with members of our Troop about OA activities
- Encourage all OA candidates to register and attend an ordeal
- Work on earning the OA Unit of Excellence Award
